"I’m in the inner west of Sydney and Luke kindly travelled to us to support in some of my 10 years old Cavalier’s behavioural issues mainly around food / treat demands. Question 1: Can You Guarantee Results?

We use the 1:1:1 rule. That means we expect to see results in 1 day, 1 week and 1 month but we cannot guarantee results. NEITHER CAN ANYONE ELSE BTW.....

Question 2: Does Your Training Use Fear, Force or Aggression?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. If you want a method like that I suggest you call the 1980's, go back there and never get a dog. We teach the dog calming code, a method based on positive reinforcement that reinforces your role as the leader in your dog's eyes.

Question 3: Does Your Method Work?

Our method has helped over 100,000 dog owners to get the relationship with their dog they always wanted.

Question 4: How Many Sessions Does This Take?

95% of our clients require one session. In this session we give you the tools and techniques then provide 3 months of phone, email and video support (worth over $1,500). You may choose 2 sessions if:

a) You have a highly aggressive dog that I cannot handle

b) Learning style. Some people need an accountability partner. Don't be embarrassed, the most important thing is that we get results.

Question 5: How Much Support Do I Get?

As standard, you receive 3 months support. This includes 1:1 phone & email support and access to The Online Dog Trainer. The Online Dog Trainer is valued at $3,000 and has helped over 100,000 dog owners to get their dog back on track. You receive 3 months as standard, with the ability to increase this for an additional 6 months on request.

Question 6: How Will My Dog Respond?

Like people, all dogs are different. What really matter's is not your dog, but you. Some dog's can be more stubborn but ultimately if you engagement in calm and consistent action your Dog will get better. A better question, is how will you respond?

Question 7: How Long Will This Take Every Day?

The first 4 rules we teach you involve not doing things, rather than the opposite. There are no time consuming brain games or 40 point plans. You don't do them and they don't work. Sorry. All in all, this should take no more than 10 extra minutes a day for the first week and then 5 minutes a day.

Question 8: What Dog Problems Do You Cover?

We cover the following:

Leash and walking issues - pulling, reactivity, and aggression during walks

Jumping up on people - inappropriate greeting behaviour and attention-seeking

Excessive barking - at doors, for attention, when left alone, in cars, and around property

Aggression problems - toward people, other animals, or objects

Separation anxiety - destructive behaviour and distress when left alone

Biting, nipping, and destructive chewing - especially common in puppies

Recall issues - not coming when called or running away

Potty training problems - house-breaking difficulties

Fearfulness and anxiety - phobias, scared behaviour, and hyperactivity

Puppy behavioural issues - general new puppy adjustment problems

Inappropriate elimination - including eating faeces

Furniture and boundary issues - jumping on furniture, accessing restricted areas

Multi-dog household problems - dogs not getting along with each other

Muzzle training - teaching dogs to accept and wear muzzles properly

Question 9: How Does The Training Work?

The training is broken down into two halves. The first is that we teach you the dog calming code in your own home with everyone there. The second half will be dealing with the specific issue you are facing and exactly what you need to do to fix it. You will receive working notes and links to help articles.

Question 11: Who Is This Not For?

If you cannot commit to doing 5 minutes of work a day to help your dog, please look elsewhere. Lots of trainers and apps will tell you that you can solve your issue GUARANTEED in a certain number of days. Quick results can happen but that depends on YOU, NOT YOUR DOG.
